Yes! Upon completion of your floor, we will give you a manufacturer backed written warranty. Residential floors typically have a 20 year warranty, and commercial floors are 5 year warranties. This will all be communicated with you during our quote meeting and before we start the project!
-

Give us a call and we can set up a time to meet with you, evaluate the floor, and measure for an accurate quote. We are confident on our pricing is fair and in-line with market pricing, that if you receive a quote from another reputable company for a lower price- We will beat it by 10%.
-
We recommend using a PH neutral floor cleaner. There are many companies making them, but our favorites are Krud Kutter PH Neutral Floor Cleaner and ZEP PH Neutral Floor Cleaner. These cleaners will keep your floor streak and haze free.
-
Short answer: Depends. The cleaner you keep your garage the longer it will look new. If dirt, rocks, and gravel stay on the floor for an extended time and we continue driving on it, it will almost act like sandpaper and work through the wear surface.
-
It’s a common misconception that epoxy concrete coatings are slippery. This is easy to understand because epoxy has a seamless and glossy surface. Generally, epoxy is very safe to walk on when it’s clean and dry with similar grip to a basketball court. If you are concerned about skid resistance, especially if the floor will get wet such as in a commercial setting or garage, we recommend a slip-resistant additive, epoxy quartz flooring, or epoxy flake flooring which all offer a textured surface.
-
Depending on the coating system, you can put your car in the garage typically 24 Hours after completion. (The longer the better, though!) Full cure of the floor is anywhere from 5-7 days.
-
No! No! No! We never use water or acid to prep floors. Water is one of the main reasons why floors fail. For many years, acid washing was the standard— now it is labeled as ineffective, inconsistent, and dangerous by coating manufacturers. The industry standard is mechanical profiling via grinder or shot blaster.
-
Although you see gloss majority of the time, a satin finish is available if desired! The addition of “Satin Finish” will typically add a day to the project.
-
The decision is up to you! To fill, or not to fill— that is the question many flooring contractors debate about. We love the look of a true seamless floor, but there is always a risk of the floor coating forming a hair-line crack down the road. Cracking at cut joints is not covered under warranty by coating manufacturers or Victory Concrete Coatings.
